What can Obelikx deliver?
Certain trigger events require actions from Obelix. Depending on the agreements made, the fees will be determined accordingly. Even though the modules are named 'cold', 'warm', and 'hot', nature is very often bespoke to the transaction it relates.

COLD
The most simple backup servicing module is Cold backup. This type of backup is suitable when the risk of the existing servicer defaulting under the terms of its servicing agreement is considered minimal. In this case, the parties do not expect the servicing to transfer. With a Cold backup servicing agreement, Obelikx will store the underlying asset-level data and upload the data periodically into a database. Obelikx will not monitor the assets and their performance continuously.
WARM
A Warm backup agreement is a good choice when an increased operational readiness standard is needed to take over the existing servicer function. The agreement terms vary between backup servicing contracts. When necessary Obelikx will transfer into the servicer's role on reasonably short notice with this module. A warm backup servicing agreement may involve Obelikx monitoring the underlying assets and reporting back to the appointing party.
HOT
When an increased operational readiness standard is needed to take over the existing servicer function, a Hot backup servicing agreement is a good choice. The agreement terms can vary between backup servicing contracts. When necessary Obelikx will transfer into the servicer's role on reasonably short notice with this module.
