Special Management
If customers are in arrears in the monthly lease payment for their owner-occupied home, we will consult these customers at an early stage. We try to find out the cause of these payment arrests and, together with the customer, we look for a suitable solution. We do this by telephone, but we also arrange customer visits. In addition to agreeing on a payment commitment or making a payment arrangement, we can also help with budget coaching in specific situations.
