Of course Obelikx takes  also contact you yourself if there is a payment arrears. One of our employees will then go through the possible solutions with you. This could be, for example, a payment arrangement. There is payment arrears as soon as you can no longer pay a monthly amount from your ground lease or if we are unable to debit the monthly amount from your account.
